Can you find venues that are not normally available for hire?

Yes — this is one of our absolute core strengths. Whether it is a forgotten greenhouse, the hidden studio of a renowned artist, or a private rooftop loft above the city skyline, we have spent years building a network of doors that stay locked for conventional bookings.

We handle the guest list ourselves. Can you just take care of production and logistics?

Absolutely. You keep full control over your contacts. We stay completely invisible in the background and make sure your invited guests feel perfectly looked after all evening — while the flow works flawlessly on every level: technical, culinary, and visual.

Do you offer content moderation for executive dinners?

Our experience shows that less is almost always more with these intimate formats. We strongly advise against turning a great dinner into a second conference. What we can do brilliantly is plant subtle conversation starters, place genuine ice-breakers, or provide someone who guides the evening so charmingly and effortlessly that dialogue simply begins to flow on its own.

How much lead time do you need for an executive dinner or retreat?

For a truly outstanding dinner with 12 to 20 guests at an extraordinary venue: at least 6 weeks. For leadership retreats with accommodation and programming: more like 3 to 4 months. Exclusive locations — especially the ones you will never find on booking platforms — have their own availability windows. Reaching out early almost always pays off.

What makes an executive event expensive — and where can you cut without losing impact?

Cost almost always comes down to three things: fully booked premium venues, very short-notice planning, and too many guests. The most powerful dinners we have ever produced were for 12 to 16 people. Small, focused, precisely curated. If you want to save, save on headcount — never on the food, never on the venue.

What is the difference between a regular corporate event and an Executive Circle?

A regular corporate event gathers a crowd and hopes for good vibes. An Executive Circle deliberately brings together eight to twenty decision-makers who genuinely have something to say to one another. The goal is not generic networking — it is deep, confidential conversations that spark real partnerships. The entire evening is designed around that intent: no big stage, no show act, just the table.
