Terms & Conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, “AGB”) govern all contracts between PIRATEx GmbH and its clients.
Only the German version is binding
PIRATEx GmbH is incorporated under German law and governed by German jurisdiction. For this reason, only the German-language version of our General Terms and Conditions (AGB) is legally binding.
To avoid any discrepancies between language versions, we do not maintain a separate, equally binding English translation. Should you require an English-language summary for your internal review, we are happy to provide one on request — but in all cases the German original prevails.
