Legal Basis
When you provide your e-mail via a form, this is done on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) or for the fulfilment of a request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your Rights
You have the right at any time to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. A short e-mail to us is all it takes. We review your request and respond within the applicable statutory time limits.
Server Log Files
For technical reasons, our hosting provider stores minimal data in log files when the site is accessed (e.g. IP address, date and time) in order to ensure the secure operation of the site. This data is automatically deleted after a short period and is not analysed by us or linked to your identity.
Web Analysis (Umami)
We use the web analysis software Umami, which we run on our own infrastructure. Umami does not set cookies and does not store any data on your terminal device. Visits are evaluated solely anonymously and in aggregated form; it is not possible to assign them to specific individuals. No data is passed on to third parties. We also only count the playback of embedded videos as an anonymous event, without any personal reference.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of the use of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Since there is no access to your terminal device and no cookies are set, no consent is required under Section 25 TDDDG.
