Our   know-how.   Openly   shared.

Guides, free event tools, and resources for founders. We share what 15+ years and 250+ large-scale events have taught us, openly and without gatekeeping.

Why we share
everything.

Most agencies guard their templates and checklists like treasure. We believe in being open. Because we know: a comprehensive spreadsheet or a clever speaker briefing alone does not make a successful event.

The real work, and the real value, lies in the execution on the day itself. When guests are flooding in, when the schedule starts slipping, when someone needs to improvise on the spot and keep their cool. The craft is built on experience and instinct, not on paper.

That is why we group our resources by the job they help you do: articles and Academy chapters to learn from, tools to use right away, and founder resources for the moments when the story and the room both matter. Take what helps. And if you need someone to reliably hold it all together on the day of your event, just reach out.

This is not a corporate press page. On our blog, we simply write down what we think. You will find honest takeaways from recent projects, retrospectives on challenges we solved, and our personal take on what is changing in the events world right now.

INSIGHTS / FAQ

Questions about our resources?

Why is the Event Academy open?

We believe in sharing openly. The Academy gives you the thinking and planning tools in the browser, without an account or a form. If the work helps you make a better event, that is a good place to start a conversation.

What counts as a tool and what counts as a playbook?

Tools such as NetworkingTables, ShowUp, and Stage Timer open in the browser and help you do a specific job right away. Playbooks help you make a decision or prepare a process. Both come from our daily work, but they solve different problems.

Do you actually write all of this yourselves?

Yes. Everything you find here comes straight from our team: our own thinking, documents from our daily workflow, and lessons we picked up on real productions.

If you share everything, why would anyone still hire you?

Because having a solid plan on paper and flawlessly executing it on the day for 1,000 people are two completely different things. Our templates give you confidence in your planning. For the safe, reliable delivery on-site, that is where we come in.
