An   evening   they   won't   forget.

Business relationships are not built in meetings. They are built at tables where nobody looks at their watch. We create that setting.

Dinner Events

More than a good meal.

A dinner is a promise to your guests: your evening is worth it. Not a mandatory slot in the calendar, not a generic corporate gathering, but an evening that actually means something.

We design and produce dinner events for companies that want to give their guests — clients, partners, their own leadership — something beyond the ordinary. With real experiential quality, care in the details, and the conviction that the invitation itself should already say something.

You define the format. We handle the rest.

What we do differently

A dinner is not a catering brief.

The gap between a good evening and an unforgettable one has nothing to do with the menu. It lives in everything around it.

01

Cook together

Instead of sitting passively at a table, guests roll up their sleeves. A cook-together format breaks the ice in ten minutes flat and forges connections that a conventional dinner takes hours to build.

02

A venue with a story

No conference hotel ballrooms. We hunt for places that have something to say — a converted industrial hall, a private wine cellar, a rooftop terrace with a view that opens up the conversation before anyone says a word.

03

Curated atmosphere

Music, lighting, seating, timing — these are not details. This is the real work. We shape every moment deliberately, so the conversation at the table becomes the only thing anyone is thinking about.

Example format

When the guests become the chefs.

One of our most popular formats: guests don't come to eat — they cook together. Guided by a professional chef, split into small groups, in a venue where the smell of an open fire sets the mood the moment you walk through the door.

What happens at the table afterwards, when everyone is sharing a meal they prepared together, is hard to put into words. The conversations are different. More open. More real.

This is not a theory. It is experience from dozens of evenings — for clients including DocuSign, KPMG, HRS, Deutsche Bank, and VISA.

Use cases

What's the occasion?

A dinner fits many situations — when the setting is right. Here are a few typical scenarios we run regularly.

Client Dinners

When your most important clients should remember the evening as a genuine invitation — not a box to tick on the calendar.

Management Dinners

An internal format for leadership where strategic conversations can happen in a relaxed setting, free from the formality of a board meeting.

Partner & Deal Dinners

When a relationship, a partnership, or a closing needs the right context — one that goes well beyond the negotiating table.

Incentive Dinners

For the teams or individuals who delivered. Not a mass event, but an evening that actually makes that felt.

Our own format

Learned at the table, applied in the field.

Dinner events are not a side note for us. Over the years we have built our own dinner format — Pirate Dinner — based on curated conversation in small groups, now running regularly in Cologne.

What we have learned from that, we bring to every client brief. What works at the table. What raises the energy. What makes an evening the one people are still talking about the next morning.

That experience is the difference between a dinner that happens — and one that lands.

Dinner / FAQ

Dinner Events — common questions

What group sizes work well for a dinner event?

It depends on the format. An intimate round of six has a completely different character from an evening with eighty guests — both work. What matters is not the number but whether the format and size are aligned. We help you figure that out.

Do we bring the guest list or can you help build one?

Either way. Most clients arrive with a clear idea of who they want in the room. We then handle all invitation management, communications, and logistics. If needed, we can also support the curation of the guest list itself.

We have no internal events person. Is that a problem?

Not at all — it often makes things simpler. We take ownership of everything from concept through execution and only come to you when a decision genuinely requires your input.

Can a dinner be part of a larger event programme?

Yes, and it is often the better solution. A dinner as the close of a conference, the opening night of a two-day retreat, or a standalone evening in the middle of a trade-fair week — we are happy to think about it within the bigger picture.

How are you different from a catering company?

We do not organise food. We craft an evening. Catering is one component of that. The concept, the dramaturgy of the night, the venue, the atmosphere, the timing — that is the actual service.

Let's plan an evening.

Tell us who you want in the room and what impression you want to leave. We'll take it from there.
