When does Gamescom take place and when should I start planning?

Gamescom takes place every year at the end of August in Cologne. Good off-locations in Cologne are radically overbooked during that week, especially in the evenings. Those who start planning in the autumn of the previous year have the greatest choice. Those who start in spring often have to work with what's left.

How much does a Gamescom side event cost?

That depends heavily on format, size and location. An exclusive networking dinner for 30 people has different requirements from a gaming party for 500. We have experience with small and large budgets and help you get the most out of your money. Tell us your goal, we'll give you numbers.

Can you also deliver gaming-specific formats such as tournaments or creator events?
