Two programmes for different audiences
At Hannover Messe, PIRATEx worked with Deutsche Messe on the Startup Area and Your Future Stage. The two areas had different tasks: give young companies a place to present their ideas and help students and future professionals explore industrial careers and technologies.
Programme and preparation
For the Startup Area, we developed and coordinated a five-day stage programme. Our work included startup pitches, moderator coordination, jury arrangements and award ceremonies. Programme planning had to fit the stage schedule and technical requirements of a working trade fair.
For Your Future Stage, we curated topics and invited speakers relevant to the audience. We also coordinated sponsoring partners among exhibitors and organised guided fair tours for students.
Delivery with Deutsche Messe
PIRATEx brought programme planning, stage coordination and operational delivery together in collaboration with Deutsche Messe. The work combined editorial choices with the practical details that speakers, exhibitors and production teams needed to prepare.
The project shows two related capabilities: programme design and trade-fair event delivery. Here, editorial planning and the work of running the stage were part of the same project.
