For organisers
Programme structure, contributors, speaker preparation and running order are shaped around specialist visitors and fair operations. Existing production partners can remain part of the setup.
Stage programmes, activations and hosted encounters at or around a fair. We separate the organiser’s task from the exhibitor’s task.
An organiser may need a themed area or stage programme. An exhibitor may need to explain a product and make useful conversations possible. Those needs call for different content, spaces and responsibilities.
Project experience
PIRATEx developed and coordinated programmes for the Startup Area and Your Future Stage: pitches, moderation, jury arrangements and relevant speakers, working with Deutsche Messe.

We plan activations, demonstrations or an additional reception. Visitors should understand what they can discover and why a conversation is worthwhile.

Space approvals, organiser rules, installation windows, technology and contacts shape delivery. Conventional stand construction is separately agreed with specialist partners.
You own product and brand approval, guest relationships and subsequent contact follow-up. We develop and coordinate the commissioned programme or event scope. Fair access and external services require confirmation.
A different task may need a different commission. Follow the related service to compare its role and outputs.
Commission programme design separately →Prepare your own session decisions in the programme chapter of the Event Academy.
Tell us whether you are an organiser or exhibitor, which guests you need to serve and what is already in place. We will help define the work.
We agree the work, client inputs, approvals, supplier costs and handoff before you commission it. You do not need a finished brief to ask for a first discussion.
