A common structure for a webinar series
PIRATEx worked with the International Sustainable Chemistry Collaborative Centre (ISC3) of GIZ on a webinar series about sustainable practices in the chemical industry.
The task
The series needed an event strategy and presentation formats that connected specialist content with opportunities to participate. Registration, communication and the live sessions had to form a coherent participant journey.
Our role
PIRATEx supported the event strategy and curated presentation formats. We developed event visuals, helped set up the webinar platform and coordinated participant registration and communication.
Our project managers briefed speakers and moderators, directed sessions and provided technical support. Targeted advertising campaigns formed part of the communication work.
What we delivered
The project brought format development, speaker preparation and technical operation into one webinar-series structure. It provides relevant experience for programme design and technical webinar support, with responsibilities agreed for each commission.
