A meeting point for startups within the trade fair

At embedded world in Nürnberg, PIRATEx supported the Start-up City: a dedicated area where young companies presented their technologies and met established businesses, industry visitors and potential partners.

The task was to make the area open, easy to navigate and useful to exhibitors. Individual startup requirements had to fit a shared space, programme and operating plan.

PIRATEx managed the project, coordinated exhibitors, planned the layout and supported on-site delivery. We brought infrastructure, schedules and programme requirements together, including pitch opportunities and formats for direct conversation.

The result was a distinct meeting point within the exhibition, giving visitors a clear route to discover young companies and their ideas.
