Your   product   deserves   more   than   a   demo.

A product presentation isn't a sales pitch. It's the first chapter of a story. We write it so that people don't just understand what the product does — they feel why it changes things.

The Problem

Anyone can explain features.
Almost no one can create excitement.

Most product presentations show what a product does. Slide 1: features. Slide 2: technology. Slide 3: pricing. The audience nods. And forgets it by morning.

The problem isn't the product — it's often great. The problem is the missing emotional hook. People don't buy features. They buy the feeling they associate with a product. A launch that actually works stages that feeling — before the first spec is mentioned.

"Why go to the trade fair when the product can come to the trade fair? The GEA ShowTruck did exactly that — and customers weren't stepping into a stand, they were stepping into a world."

Launch Formats

The product is the hero.
We build the stage.

01

The Premiere

One moment. Maximum impact.

The classic launch event — minus everything that makes classic launches forgettable. We work backwards from the feeling: what should be living in attendees' heads in the first hour after the event? Then we build the programme, the dramaturgy, the visual concept from there. Docusign Momentum in Frankfurt was that kind of moment: hundreds of attendees, full production, real depth.

02

The Roadshow

The product comes to the people.

Why wait for customers to come to you when you can go to them? The roadshow model flips the classic trade fair logic. The product travels — in a ShowTruck, a mobile setup, or a series format across multiple cities. The experience is closer, more personal, more memorable. The GEA ShowTruck takes the latest technology through Europe and greets customers on their home turf.

03

The Hybrid Launch

For the room and the screen at once.

Produced simultaneously for a live audience and thousands online — not as a compromise, but as two complete experiences. The in-room version has depth, atmosphere, and dramaturgy. The digital version has its own moderation and content clips that keep working for months after. The event isn't the ending — it's the starting gun.

Beyond the Event

A great launch doesn't end
the evening of the event.

Concept & Dramaturgy

We don't start with a venue suggestion. We start with the product, the brand, the audience, and the question: what feeling should be left standing at the end? Everything else follows from that answer.

Full Production

Stage build, lighting direction, video production, streaming infrastructure, brand activation elements, catering coordination. All from one briefing, one point of contact, zero coordination overhead on your end.

Content Package & Post-Production

Video editing, session cuts, social clips, highlight reels — we build content into the plan from the start. Docusign ran it this way. GEA thought it this way. The event is the starting gun, not the end.

Lead Strategy & Activation

Competitions, newsletter integration, on-site promo codes, product demos, brand ambassador programmes. The BURNHARD summer had six products, several months, gourmet festivals and BBQ competitions across Germany — with measurable lead results at every touchpoint.

Straight Answers on Product Launches

Do you produce launch events for B2C products?

Yes. The logic is the same — the context is different. B2C events need even more intimacy, even more emotion, even more participation. The BURNHARD format proved exactly that: with the right activations, a roadshow stand becomes a product experience that sticks.

What's the difference between a product launch and a trade fair appearance?

At a trade fair, you're standing next to a hundred others. A launch event is your stage, your moment, your story. The trade fair stand is a touchpoint. The launch is an experience. Both have their place — but anyone who conflates them ends up with neither done well.

Can we book just parts of your service — concept only, or production only?

Absolutely. If you need conceptual input but have your own production partner, we work as a strategic sounding board. If you have a finished concept and need someone to execute it flawlessly, we do that too. We're flexible in how we collaborate.

How much lead time does a product launch need?

For a single-day launch event with a clear concept: 6–8 weeks minimum. For a multi-city roadshow or a fully produced hybrid launch: 3–5 months. The more complex the content strategy, the earlier we need to start.

Do you handle post-production and the content package?

Yes. Video editing, session cuts, social clips, highlight reels — we build content into the plan from day one. The event is the starting gun, not the finish line. We deliver assets that keep working in your communications for months after.

What does a product launch event cost?

It depends heavily on the format. A single-day launch event for 100–200 people starts at around €20,000. A multi-city roadshow over several months is considerably more. We'll give you a number after a conversation about your product and your goal.
