Results and approval

We establish who releases the results, when production receives them and who may handle confidential materials.

Prepare the people

Pronunciation, stage access, introductions and media assets are checked. Rehearsals and fallback arrangements belong in the agreed production plan.

Call the moment

One running order connects the host, lighting, sound, video and award handover. A named owner gives the agreed cues.

Your team and ours

You own the rules, judging decisions and prize money. We take responsibility for the agreed ceremony and production. Application management and jury administration are separate services when commissioned.
