Videos to highlight an event’s storyline
“As an event agency, we also offer more services than just event management. For the SZ Wirtschaftsgipfel, which took place at the Hotel Adlon in Berlin, we were in charge of the video production of the event. From concept development to the production of captivating aftermovies, our team played a pivotal role in making sure that the visual elements of the events were perfect.
We started with the conceptualization of the event, where we meticulously crafted a project and recording plan for animated videos. These videos, seamlessly integrated into the brand’s CI and design, were crucial in making the event unique.
From the ‘Stage Opener’ video that would gather attention at the start to the introduction videos that introduced the speakers, and the Animation loop that added flair during breaks. Each piece was a part of the visual storytelling of the event.
During the event, our team was on-site to capture the essence of every moment. The goal was not just documentation but the creation of an aftermovie that would encapsulate the vibrancy, intellect, and energy of the summit. “
