Generally yes. At PIRATE every employee can decide whether to work in our Cologne office or from home. But it’s important that new employees spend a substantial amount of their time within the first few weeks at the office. This helps in getting to know our crew members as well as getting used to our company culture.

In general we do employ students. Of course, it always depends if we currently have job openings for students. All job openings are listed above.

In general, our internal language is German. Most of the openings require excellent spoken and written German skills. However, we have some open positions where basic German skills are enough.
