PIRATEx supported the Nürnberg Messe and their streaming provider in coordinating and preparing the remote speakers who could not attend the Biofach in person with the opportunity to present their companies at the event.
PIRATEx offered guidance and tips for remote speakers with tech support and facilitating their participation during the event. We also integrated the streams in the networking platform so the audience could participate remotely and watch sessions online. PIRATEx also made sure to integrate on demand videos at the end of each trade fair day and supplied and managed the zoom and slido (chat) links make sure every remote speaker and technician had all necessary information at all times.
PIRATEx ensured that the remote speakers could be included even on very short notice and was flexible when slido or zoom links were needed without much time to prepare.
Our Project Manager Hannah’s favorite part of the event was giving the speakers that could not make it the chance to be included and valued. This is one of the biggest gamechangers when it comes to producing hybrid events.
