Introducing the 2021 Eventtech Tools Directory!
Last week, we launched the 2021 Eventtech Landscape project. We brought together 212 different tools for online event professionals, and we’ve been so excited by the reaction. The reception from the #eventprof community has been incredible, and it’s so great to see so much positivity in producing virtual events. Now, we’re happy to share the Eventtech Tools Directory.
As we shared in the post, the collection of these tools has been a mighty undertaking, but one that was far from over. Since the release, we’ve been hearing from #eventprofs around the globe about platforms and tools we’ve missed.
In some cases, we’ve missed quite a few (oops!).
Since then, the team has been carefully updating the list with new entries.
In doing this project, we’ve found the eventtech landscape is huge and continually changing. And there just wasn’t one destination to find all those tools in one place.
That [hopefully] changes today with the release of the Eventtech Tools Directory.
The Eventtech Tools Directory
We wanted to create a resource that was a living document, that could be used by event professionals to find the resources they need to create events with panache. As an agency utilizing multiple platforms, we know there might be many tools to suit your online event. We want to help you discover new solutions and explore different technologies.
The Eventtech tools directory is our attempt to make the resources we found more available for the community.
Here, you will find the tools, our classifications, and direct links to access each of these software solutions for your online and virtual events. We’ve collected over 270 different technologies and resources in this list, where you can sort, organize and locate for whatever needs you may have.
The list will continue to grow, as we discover new tools, and widen the scope of the solutions for event professionals. In the meantime, there might be some mistakes. In that case, let us know and we’ll fix them. We’ll keep updating it, and you can find all the updates right here. Stay tuned for more features as we continue to build.
A community effort
Please note, this directory is not exhaustive. As things change quickly, developing an exhaustive tool list might be impossible. But we’ll try our best.
To make it as encompassing as possible, we’ll need your help.
We want to help you discover the latest software for your online events. If we’re missing something, please let us know and we’ll add it.
You can easily update the list by filling out this quick, three-question survey. We’ll add your updates to the list every week.
If you’re a builder of one of these tools, and would like to see it represented, let us know! Do you have any suggestions on how we can make this resource more useful for you? Please drop us a line!
We hope you find this a valuable resource in planning your online event.
