“Together with M3i, we supported the on-site production of the MedtecLIVE-TV, a live stream that was introduced at the MedtecLIVE 2023 medical technology trade show.
Prior to the event, our team supported the creation of the event concept, including the agenda, the directors’ plans, and the moderation briefing. Our team was there to advise and coordinate with the different speakers.
The event was live-streamed on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube) as well as the talque event platform. While mainly targeted towards people attending the trade fair digitally, in-person attendees had the option to watch the TV with headphones for a “”Silent Conference””.
Our team was able to share its experience and knowledge in organizing and producing an Event TV, as well as watch everything come together on site.”
