The JCON Europe 2023 event aimed to create a seamless, impactful, and engaging environment for developers. Formerly known as JCON People, this event, held from 20-23 June 2023 at the iconic CINEDOM Köln, was a gathering that developers didn’t want to miss.

Our team at PIRATEx orchestrated a seamless in-person event where developers gathered to dive deep into the latest trends, technologies, and insights. With presentations held in a multiplex cinema across five parallel tracks, the unique event location provided an interesting twist to traditional conferences.

PIRATEx managed the technical equipment in the cinema and recorded all sessions for internal use. From hiring staff for check-in counters and speaker management within the cinema to organizing coffee stations for attendees, we ensured every detail was meticulously handled. Additionally, we provided vital support to exhibitors, assisting them in setting up their booths with the right furniture and efficiently handling the shipping of their promotional materials, brochures, and merchandise to and from the location.
