HRS Kick Off 2023
AN IMMERSIVE GATHERINGS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES
The HRS 2023 Kickoff event brought the company’s employees, joining together from across the globe to come together in one place to share, network and collaborate.
This yearly event is a highlight as many of the organization’s employees are working remotely. HRS welcomed 600 participants on site and 130 joined remotely.
The event’s programming sought to share new leadership principles, motivate the team and speak about the company’s strategic goals and upcoming strategy.
Engagement features, including a social wall were a highlight for the participants, allowing both on-site and on-location participants to connect with one another and share their experience. Polling and engagement via Slido also featured heavily during the event.
The event culminated in a fabulous award Dinner, themed on Cologne’s Carnival celebration. The PIRATEx team put together an experience based on the best of the Cologne carnival atmosphere, bringing in a live band and fancy dress for all the participants– a huge hit which contributed to the festivities, not ending until past 4am!
