A summit to inspire leadership
“The Executive Summit aims to bring together all of the company’s executive managers and leadership from across the world to share, strategize and connect prior to the all hands kickoff event taking place later that week.
For the Executive Summit, the PIRATEx team aimed to create an event with an exceptionally personal and intimate feel, with the goal of delivering a high class and bespoke experience for the company’s top employees.
The day sessions included keynotes and breakout sessions emphasizing strategic leadership principles. The large venue was broken up with curtain dividers and special lighting to make the best use of the venue and keep everyone in the same location.
At the end of the day sessions, the event programming was capped off with an intimate candlelight dinner, featuring a multicourses menu, pianist and singer to reward and celebrate the employee’s achievements over the course of the past year.
At the conclusion of the HRS Executive Summit, the PIRATEx team transitioned the venue to host the All-Hands HRS 2023 Kickoff, which welcomed the entire global team onsite for several days of exciting programming. “
