The Executive Summit aims to bring together all of the company’s executive managers and leadership from across the world to share, strategize and connect prior to the all hands kickoff event taking place later that week.
The day sessions included keynotes and breakout sessions emphasizing strategic leadership principles. The large venue was broken up with curtain dividers and special lighting to make the best use of the venue and keep everyone in the same location.
In addition, we organized a Startup Pitch Competition with top startups and a high-level jury. We also actively involved the other participants in the pitch competition by encouraging them to vote for their preferred winner.
At the end of the day sessions, the event programming was capped off with an intimate candelight dinner, featuring a multicourse menu, pianist and singer to reward and celebrate the employee’s achievements over the course of the past year.
At the conclusion of the HRS Executive Summit, the PIRATEx team transitioned the venue to host the All-Hands HRS 2023 Kickoff, which welcomed the entire global team onsite for several days of exciting programming.
