“Held in the heart of Frankfurt, amidst the picturesque setting of Palmen Garten, this event was more than just a gathering; it was a celebration of innovation, partnership, and fresh perspectives.

After a hiatus of two years, the Corporate Lodging Festival (CLF) made a powerful return. HRS entrusted us with the task of creating an experience that will encourage more connections with their top-tier customers and prospects in the DACH region. The theme of the conference, ‘New Perspectives,’ served as the guiding light, encouraging attendees to view established processes through a different lens.

PIRATEx was in charge of the event production and management, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants, from scouting the perfect location in Frankfurt to meticulously crafting an agenda aligned with our client’s vision. Our team meticulously coordinated networking opportunities that facilitated meaningful connections and curated a sumptuous dinner for the participants.

For attendees unable to join in person, we streamed the event online. PIRATEx managed the Regie on-site and flawlessly streamed the event to remote participants, ensuring they felt just as engaged and immersed as those present physically.”
