“The Figma EMEA Exec Roadshow in Frankfurt that took place in November 2023 was more than just an event; it was a moment full of creativity, knowledge-sharing, and networking. The PIRATEx team was asked to support in orchestrating an unforgettable evening that seamlessly blended the essence of Figma’s brand with a high-class executive experience.

The event took place in Frankfurt. The goal was to bring together Figma’s customers and employees for a night of insightful presentations, networking, and discussions. The location was meticulously selected to not only reflect Figma’s brand ethos, but also to appeal to creativity and the high-class executive level that defines the Figma community.

Our team was in charge of the project management and conceptual consulting, ensuring that every aspect of the event was aligned with Figma’s vision. We also helped with finding the perfect location for the event and organizing the catering.

The coordination on-site ensured that every moment unfolded seamlessly, allowing attendees to immerse themselves fully in the experience. During the dinner, discussions were held on stage to share insights, ideas, and perspectives with the attendees. Each of the sessions was recorded by our team, to be re-used in Figma’s communication in the future.”
