Connecting with communities through livestreamed events
“PIRATEx collaborated with the 1&1 team to conceive and implement a full concept project to promote their latest fiber optic offerings throughout Germany.
The project involved a regular livestream event series informing consumers of new fiber optic opportunities in the region and allowed prospective customers to get any questions they had about the product answered in real time.
Each event was specifically focused on a region or area. We coordinated with the team to raise awareness of the event and create a unique attendee journey for each participant, based on the location they were joining from.
The PIRATEx team developed a landing page for the event and coordinated all of the email communication with registered attendees. We also supported the livestreamed portions of each event and managed the engagement of the participants, fielding questions for our speakers to be answered in real time.”
