Bisheriges Projekt: ITHEC Bremen

Der internationale Leitkongress mit Fachmesse für thermoplastische Composites „ITHEC 2020 – Virtual Edition“ von CONGRESS BREMEN fand an drei Tagen mit drei parallelen Konferenzzügen und einer Ausstellung als live-stream über eine Online Event Plattform statt. Wir waren lange auf der Suche nach einem Partner, der eine professionelle medientechnische Umsetzung der ITHEC 2020 – Virtual Edition garantieren konnte und aktuelle und gute Referenzen aufweist. Die Beratung und Vorbereitung des Events durch das PirateX Team überzeugte uns von Anfang an, in allen Situationen gab es extrem schnelle und kompetente Unterstützung. Dieses Gefühl der Sicherheit und Kundennähe wurde bestätigt durch eine Umsetzung in Köln, die mit sehr guter Atmosphäre, absoluter technischer Verlässlichkeit und sehr positivem Feedback seitens unserer Redner und aller am live-stream beteiligten Personen und Institutionen glänzte. Description & Goal

This project was a three day live-stream for the ITHEC trade fair. ITHEC Bremen is an international trade fair and conference for thermoplastic composites. Numerous exhibitors present new lightweight construction concepts as well as materials, trends and innovative manufacturing technologies in the field of thermoplastic composites. The goal was to offer the same quality in a new online setup.

Technical Setup

We managed three control rooms each with one speaker support and two meadia. The live-stream was managed via the control room and live-stream hardware devices.

Platform & Formats

ITHEC used talque as platform of choice in order to offer all exhibitors a great freedom to present themselves, exchange knowledge, and aqcuire new possible business leads. They therefore hosted keynotes, paneldiscussions, and award-ceremonies.

Key Learning

Digital platforms, no matter how user friendly they are meant to be designed, are always difficult for a large demographic of the visitors. They will therefore require technical support.
