“The OUT OF THE BOX.NRW (OOTB) Award 2023, held during PIRATE Summit 2023, aims to show the region’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit and celebrating groundbreaking ideas in North Rhine-Westphalia.
OOTB Award 2023 is not just a pitch competition; it’s a platform that elevates North Rhine-Westphalia’s digital startup scene onto a global stage. With a chance to win a total of 50,000 euros in cash prizes, the competition attracted the region’s most innovative startups, each vying to showcase their out-of-the-box solutions that have the potential to transform industries.
For the fourth consecutive year, PIRATEx had the privilege of producing the OOTB Award for the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Action, and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. Our team handled every aspect of the event production, ensuring a flawless experience for participants and viewers alike. We coordinated the on-site technical production and streamed the competition online for a digital audience.
