In march 2022, HRS hosted its internal kick-off event to gather its team for the first time in two years. A hybrid format was chosen to allow those who couldn’t travel to take part in the event.
The event was more than a conference. A private dinner was organized in this magical location to promote team spirit. PIRATEx was in responsible for the catering of the event.
Putting on an international show of this scale required a lot of teamwork– and a lot of hands. PIRATEx coordinated over 120 team members for this production. The crew was split between several locations onsite and offsite to ensure a seamless experience from beginining to end.
Our team spent 6 months planning and designing ACHEMA Pulse 2021. All that work paid off with the implementation of a successful event without any technical incidents.
