Redefining kick-off events in a hybrid format
“In March 2022, HRS hosted its internal kick-off event to gather its team for the first time in two years. A hybrid format was chosen to allow those who couldn’t travel to take part in the event.
The event took place in the beautiful Flora in Cologne. It was a very versatile location with enough space to host a conference, a dinner and a party afterwards!
Our team on-location was in charge of the event management and coordinating the live bands, the stage design, the video recordings as well as the catering and managing the guests.
The event was more than a conference. A private dinner was organized in this magical location to promote team spirit. PIRATEx was responsible for the catering of the event.”
