HRS Corporate Lodging Forum 2024

“When HRS entrusted us for the second consecutive year with the task of orchestrating the Corporate Lodging Forum (CLF) 2024 in Berlin, we embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and dedication. Our mission was to craft an experience that not only informs and inspires but also encourages deeper connections among HRS’s top-tier customers and prospects in the DACH region.

The Telegraphenamt in Berlin provided the perfect backdrop for the full-day event. From the conference and keynotes that kicked off at 10 am to the networking sessions and cocktail hours that followed, every aspect of the CLF 2024 was meticulously planned to facilitate engagement and interaction. As event managers, our responsibility encompassed everything from finding the ideal event locations to managing the technical aspects, catering services, moderators, agenda, and venue décor.

While HRS provided the content, including sessions, speakers, and presentation slides, PIRATEx brought the operational and technical expertise needed to bring the event to life. We also offered digital support, including the creation of jingles and streamframes.

The CLF also is an hybrid event to include the participants unable to join in person. We organized the streaming of the event to allow virtual participants to engage with the content

We also curated two memorable dining experiences to further foster connections. While VIP guests savored an exclusive dinner at the Grill Royal Berlin, other participants were treated to a delightful evening at the Roots restaurant. These dinners provided the perfect setting for continued networking and relationship-building.”
