“At PIRATEx, we thrive on pushing boundaries and redefining the landscape of traditional trade fairs. When we collaborated with the Hannover Messe Team to support the Your Future Stage and the Startup Area at the Hannover Messe 2024. Our mission was to infuse innovation, energy, and modernity into the fabric of one of the world’s largest industrial trade fairs. Through our coordinated efforts, we introduced new concepts and formats that aimed to spark the interest of the next generation.

Revolutionizing the Startup Landscape:
The Startup Area became a beacon of innovation and entrepreneurship, thanks to our innovative approach and modern concepts. We were responsible for organizing and implementing a dynamic 5-day stage program, reimagining traditional trade fair formats to resonate with the startup spirit. From conceptualizing the stage program to coordinating stand construction and technology, every aspect was meticulously planned and executed in collaboration with Deutsche Messe. The organization of multiple startup pitches, stage moderation management, jury coordination, and award ceremonies added an extra layer of excitement, providing a platform for emerging startups to shine.

Empowering the Future Generation:
The Your Future Stage emerged as a catalyst for nurturing young talent and skilled workers, operationalizing the YOUR FUTURE initiative. Through meticulous planning and project management, we curated a stage program that addressed relevant topics and focal points, inviting thematically relevant speakers to inspire and educate. Our efforts extended to acquiring sponsoring partners among exhibitors, ensuring that the stage program resonated with both industry leaders and future professionals. Additionally, we organized multiple guided tours of the trade fair for hundreds of students, providing them with firsthand insights into the world of industrial innovation and allowing them to discover many exhibitors.
