FVV Startup Safari 2024

For our client Ford, we developed a unique event format that blended digital innovation with personal development. Under the theme “An Exciting Day for Mind, Body & Future,” we created a Startup Safari that went far beyond traditional company tours.

Participants explored the dynamic startup scene around the Cologne area through three parallel bus tours. We curated a selection of startups in fields such as InsurTech, FinTech, AI, no-code development, and process optimization, offering exclusive insights into their business models and innovations. Engaging directly with the founders provided participants with valuable takeaways for digital transformation.

We deliberately designed the afternoon as a contrasting experience: with Maarten Hemmen—world champion martial artist, musician, and renowned business coach—leading an immersive workshop, participants developed strategies for confidently navigating change. Hemmen’s unique expertise, drawn from his work with Wim Hof and Shugendo monks, offered fresh perspectives on personal growth and unlocking potential.

This innovative combination of cutting-edge technology and personal development delivered lasting value for all involved. The Startup Safari became an essential milestone for our client, fostering holistic innovation and growth.
