Eurowings Christmas Party

For their annual Christmas celebration, Eurowings entrusted PIRATEx to ensure a smooth and memorable event at Halle Tor 2 in Cologne. Our role extended beyond logistics—we helped craft an engaging experience that blended festive spirit with seamless execution.

From the start, we supported the event management and coordination, working closely with service providers, venue staff, and catering teams to ensure every detail was covered. A key focus was the check-in process, where we assisted in selecting and implementing the right participant management tool, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry for all guests.

To elevate the experience, we coordinated the use of LED wristbands, an interactive element that enhanced the event’s dramaturgy and synchronized with key moments in the evening’s program. On the event day, our team was on-site, overseeing logistics, managing staff and suppliers, and ensuring everything—from technical setups to guest experience—ran flawlessly.

With careful planning and hands-on execution, PIRATEx helped create a festive, well-organized, and immersive celebration for Eurowings employees, allowing them to enjoy a seamless and memorable evening together.
