Engagementpreis NRW 2024

Bringing together inspiring community initiatives from across North Rhine-Westphalia, the Engagementpreis NRW 2024 was a celebration of dedication, impact, and volunteerism. Held on December 9, 2024, at the Rheingoldsaal in Düsseldorf, the event honored twelve nominated projects in four award categories, highlighting their contributions in a prestigious and engaging ceremony.

PIRATEx was tasked with making the event a seamless and memorable experience—from initial planning to the final applause. Our journey began with crafting the event concept, ensuring a smooth invitation and registration process while developing a compelling program that would engage both nominees and guests. Working closely with the NRW-Stiftung, we coordinated every logistical detail: securing the perfect venue, managing stage production, organizing catering, and overseeing the design and production of the award sculptures and certificates.

On the day of the event, our team was on-site to orchestrate the show—ensuring presenters, nominees, and guests experienced a flawless evening. From check-in to the award presentations, every moment was carefully curated. We also facilitated live technical support, video recording, and digital content creation, allowing the event’s message to extend beyond the venue.

As the evening wrapped up and the winners were celebrated, our work continued with post-event follow-ups, ensuring attendees received key takeaways and that feedback was collected for future improvements. The Engagementpreis NRW 2024 was not just an event—it was a tribute to the power of community, brought to life with precision and care.
