Description & Goal
The virtual AI Roadshow brought together companies, universities, and research institutes from Pennsylvania (USA), Ontario (Canada), and Québec (Canada) as well as Baden-Württemberg (Germany). This was a unique opportunity to generate new business and science contacts and dive deep into topics around AI solutions and more in-depth perspectives! The main goals were meeting partners and customers, connecting with academics and researchers, discovering new products & services, and getting information about latest AI trends
We set up a studio in Stuttgart with two cameras, six lights, one screen, and hardware (Pearl) with picture and sound tables.
Platform & Formats
For this event, we worked with B2match. This platform helped to publish and showcase products, projects, services, or business needs or research results to event participants (in Marketplace menu) & pre-schedule 1-on-1 meetings. Keynotes, Panels, interactive roundtables were the main formats at the event.
The program was divided into a day for each location (USA, Canada & Germany) – mixing the locations and focusing on a topic-based schedule might have increased matchmaking throughout. Technical learning: LAN backup to be considered
